Sme Industrial Control Network Construction

The construction of industrial control network is a complexed system engineering. In production field,because arts and crafts,and controlled equipment are various, there are lots of intelligent controllers,measure instruments and remote I/O etc. to execute control tasks.The communication interface and protocol of those equipment are various,hence the construction of network has variability.How to realize comunication of those equipment become a urgent problem. Supervisory control computer link down to porduction field,and link up to manage server computer;not only it supply the function of supervisal,control,alarm,report ect. ,but also it supply field message to leader by manage server computer.The link between field equipment and supervisory control computer must be safe,reliable,real-time and efficient.The manage server computer collects field message,finish the function of web page pulishing etc. and at the same time,it must has perfect security measure.The above problems are embodied strongly in the network contraction of SiZhou Mine Factory,DeXing,JiangXi Province in 2002.The tasks of us are as follows:1.Resolve the link problem of all sorts of PLC;2.The application program design of supervisory control computer;3.Realize the Web publishing of field message;4.Resolve the security problem of network.At the end,all those tasks have been finished.At the same time,we carried out researches in our labrotory.Based on those works,many important problems are discussed and summarized in this article :l.The method that realize network link of S7-200 PLC by MODBUS protocol is proposed;2.Discussing how to design application program using IFIX,a configure software;3.Discussing how to realize web page publishing using {WEBSERVER;4. A method "IE plug in" is proposed to resolve the security of net system;5.The method to design the module of PROFIBUS-DP slave site is discussed;6.The method to design the CAN network adaptor with USB interface isdiscussed.
