In this dissertation a new double-channel color night vision system project is designed. Based on the feature of III-GEN Image Intensifier, the new system project is composed with a III-GEN Image Intensifier and a II -GEN Image Intensifier which has a blue light filter. The dissertation designs and validates the color fusion arithmetic, and focuses on designing a real-time image processor with digital signal processor (DSP). Using the high-performance digital media processor, a real-time image fusion processor is designed and established. In addition, the system design experiences are summarized . |
