This paper designs the controlling system of nonwoven equipments, based on practical project. It can be divided into two parts. The first one is the design of the linkage controlling program, which mainly includes the program of linkage machines starting/stopping, technics saving and interface, and which uses Delphi6.0. The second one is the design of the controller of stopping position of the needle broads. This controller is designed to control the upper broad to stop at the upper point and the nether broad to stop at the nether point. It uses AT89C4051 as the main chip.By above project, this paper analyzes the application of Delphi in industrial controlling, especially in serial communication, database and interface. Practice can prove that Delphi is efficient and convenient in these aspects. Moreover, the paper analyzes the application of C51 embedded microcontroller in this system. By cooperating with other chips, this kind of microcontroller accomplishes the purpose of controlling the boards to stop exactly.According to the requirement of this project, the following parts are included:1) the summary of the nonwoven controlling system .2) the controlling requirement of the system.3) the design of the linkage controlling program.4) the design of the controller of stopping position of needle broads.
