China is an agricultural power. Every year there is a need for a large number of cereals to be stored. Because of the existence of pests in the storehouses, large quantities of cereals are lost every year. Therefore, designing a pest finding system is in great need.This paper mainly demonstrates my major research work as following:1. Simply introducing the principles and ways of killing pests by using poison gas, to illustrate the crucial effect of finding the amount of pests for killing pests effectively.2. Introducing how to bring about the function call of DOS and BIOS by using C language, how to use C language to access the port, and the rationality of designing the system by C language.3. Analyzing and introducing the internal structure and working principle of 8250, and analyzing the problems which are caused in the function call of 14H (BIOS) when it is used extraordinarily and how to solve them, in order to carry out this system smoothly.4. Simply introducing the designing and working principle of pest finding sensor, and furthermore introducing some moving rules of pests, to prove the rationality of the sensor.5. Introducing the designing and realization of a software filter. It can be used to eliminate the interrupting pulse produced by the sensor.6. Introducing the principle of fast operant model technology. It can be applied to system design.7. Introducing how to show the amount of pests on the screen as soon as they are found, and make the system in the control of the keyboards. Promising under the state that I/O devices encounter any disorder, the system will never cease at halting processing state.
