Considering the current situation and the problems of implementing CAPP in Dalian Refrigeration CO., Ltd. and Dalian Machine Tool Group Corp. etc, this dissertation researchs the information extraction, information processing and information export of BOM in heterogeneous CAD drawings, and realizes heterogeneous import and heterogeneous export.Through analysing intensively the substantive characteristics of BOM in heterogeneous CAD drawings, this dissertation defines the content and format of template, and develops the tool of template customization by the user. Basing on the improved approach of template matching, the unified mode of information extraction from BOM is constructed and used to succeed in extracting information from AutoCAD, Unigraphics, Pro/ENGINEER, I-DEAS and WordThe mechanism of constructing the product tree is analysed in this dissertation, and constructs the unified model of information processing. Then the arithmetic of constructing the product tree is given, which makes it possible that the information in various systems is shared.Basing on the common programming interface provided by Microsoft, this dissertation constructs the unified mode of exporting information, which makes the system in the paper integrate closely with various kinds of databases, such as SQL Server 2000, Oracle, Access and FoxPro. Then other systems can share the information of product trees. So through data integration this dissertation probes into systems integration in the enterprise.According to the approach, the applied software is programmed. And a example of using the system is given in the end, and the result of the research in the dissertation has been applied in Dalian Refrigeration CO., Ltd. and Dalian Machine Tool Group Corp.. The practice of software in the enterprise shows that the approaches of the paper are effective and practicable.
