As a modern technique integrated optics, electronics and mechanics, Laser technique is the symbol of the development of science and technology in the twentieth century. Laser marker has been becoming the main mode in the marking markets because of its some super merits, including no-pollute, marking clearly and lastingly, costing lower and so on. The laser marker industry is booming up in our country.At present, on-line laser marking has had the best prospect in the laser marking markets and turned into the productivity. However, we have not been able to solve the problem about the higher frequency on-line laser marking. So it is more and more necessary for us to study and design the rapid laser marker in ourselves.We have designed a set of original system for the transition of the co2 -laser beams, solved the problem of focusing of the co2-laser beams because of their bigger bulk. The laser marker we designed is not made of the high-price Radio-Frequency (RF) co2- lasers abroad but of the ordinal ones homeland. The separate laser beams are focused on the objects that will be marked, and the system can mark nicely and clearly on the sample.The MCU is favor of the technique developer for its super merits such as small bulk, lower costs, better function, vividly control. We have the MCU control the laser mark system, it is stressed on the extend I/O devices and the circuits between the MCU and the EPROM, LCD keyboard and so on. What's more, we study in detail the software of the control system.The article includes the following aspects:1. We study the classes of the laser marker and the development of the laser process and laser mark, moreover, we also have made the market research and analysis for the update market of the laser marker, and thearrayal online laser marker is in the point.2. In chapter 2, we study compose of the laser marker system, it also includes the focusing and transmission system for co2-laser beam.3. Most important of all, we study the laser maker's control system including the character of the MCU, the extended system, LCD and the keyboard. What's more, we detailed the circuits between the MCU and the extent I/O system.4. The stabilization of laser marker is very important for its normal working, so we discussed several of new techniques to get rid of the disturber.5. We study the problem for the input and output of the SCM control system, and introduced the software controlling the system. The high frequency is exported to the gates of the laser's power supply, and the more pretty and clear character is marked.
