There are optical system,mechanical system and electrical system in a marking machine system. Laser marker are widely used in many fields, it has replaced the traditional marking methods.The CO2 Laser Marker system has been studed.A Gaussian Beam Focusing Optical System with the wavelength of 10.6μm has been developed, and the Diameter of Gaussian beam focusing spot is less then 0.1mm. In this dissertation,the Mechanical Systems of the CO2 Laser Marker has been designed. Stepper Motorprecision System and Linear Motor Motion Control System with micron-level accuracy has been developed.It also studied on the Electrical anti-interference technology in this dissertation. The Impact of the Motion parameters has been discussed .And there is an example of the Linear Motor Motion Control System to get the motion-gain parameter in this dissertation. Prototype system has been made. Working Speed is 1m/s.The picture which it made can be 240DPI.The system achieved the desired results.
