With the development of systematic complex and modem level of the Space-flight and aerial, it relies on advanced experiment and test means increasingly to design ,develop and defend space-flight and aerial system. Also it makes Distributed Integrated Experiment & Measurement possible with Network technology and distributed calculate theory becoming perfect day by day. As the important part of the system, it is necessary to investigate the Visual technology.Incorporated with the tenth-five project -"IVEMT" of the Commission Of Science Technology And Industry For National Defence the paper analyzed the back-end visual system of the IVEMT. Based on the analysis, the thesis also designed the " Distributed Integrated Experiment & Measurement Visual System " ,which made it possible to visualize the data and information of the IVEMT System.The thesis firstly analyzed the system characteristics, emphasizing on its framework and data attributes. With the analysis, the paper designed the system framework and data structure.It is necessary to compress the data before its storage and transmitting because data used in the system is huge. For testing and measurement of aerial electron production, the paper discussed the data compress technology, which mainly focused on Progression Coding technology. Also the thesis discussed other widely used compress algorithms.Also the thesis discussed data transmission problem and, designed its communication protocol which is designed based on UDP protocol.After all work having done, the paper focused on analyzing the local visual technology, which is the key part of the system. Here the VR technology was the core, also the thesis discussed other 3D visual technologies such as Web3D.In order to make system analysis and designing more precise and reasonable, the system analysis and designing is strictly based on OOA and OOP during all processes of its analysis and designing.
