| Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communication technology that has got great development in recent years. It can replace the cables between different digital devices, and has great application field in mobile phone and computer peripherals.In this paper, Bluetooth technology is introduced generally, and its protocol construction is summarized. Then Bluetooth technology features and HCI protocol are introduced in detail.Based on the analysis of Bluetooth protocol, It is discussed how to realize the data communication between Bluetooth modules and how to make the Bluetooth wireless general remote controller using Bluetooth module. On this remote controller, MCU controls LCD to display related information and controls Bluetooth module to transfer data according to the commands inputted through the keyboard. It can overcome drawbacks of infrared remote controller including short communication rage, requiring visible communication channel, only supporting point-to-point communication and so on. So the idea of applying Bluetooth to remote controller is proved feasible. |
