Network planning technique is the key technique of network scheduling and planning. Aeorautic product project, which is generally big and complex, is organized hierarchically. The present network planning techniques can not meet the requirements of muliti-layer network scheduling and planning in aeorautic project. On the basis of the combination of multi-stage network planning technique with the hierarchical network planning technique, this dissertation puts forward the theoretic model of aeorautic network scheduling and planning, and establishes the Aerautic Product Project Management Scheduling and Planning System. Main work and achievements are as follows:Studies and analysises the characteristics of aeorautic enterprise and the requirements of its project planning, studies and compares the present network planning techniques, draws the conclusion that the multi-network techniques are adaptive to the requirements of the aerautic product project management. To satisfy the requirements of muliti-layer network scheduling and planning in aeorautic project, develops the present two-stage network planning and puts forward the multi-stage network planning model and its time parameters calculation model.Puts forward the hierarchical network method based on the topology of network plan to simplify the complicated and big network plan on some layer of the multi-stage network plan, and give the relative time parameters calculation model.Combines the multi-stage network planning technique with the hierarchical network planning technique and puts forward a theoretic model of aeorautic network scheduling and planning.Designs and establishes the Aeorautic Product Project Management Scheduling and Plannign System.
