The Research And Application Of Network Planning Techniques And Computer Techniques In Project Management

The thesis is finished on the basis of the project management application which is based on the network planning techniques and developed by myself.Firstly, it explains the concept of the network planning techniques , introduces the history and major advantages of the network planning techniques.Secondly, it introduces the classification of the network planning diagram, gives the definitions of different kinds of network planning diagrams , states their advantages and disadvantages respectively.Thirdly, it emphasizes the necessity of the combination of the network planning technique and computer technique, introduces the development and the existing problems of the current project management applications based on the network planning technique, shows the major advantages of this system.Fourthly, it describes the general function of this system, gives the realization process of the main functions, points out the main technical difficulties during the realization , and gives the solutions to those difficulties.Finally, it displays the main interfaces of this system and gives the data dictionary of this system.
