In recent years, power companies accelerate the development ofinformation technology trend, but the core of a variety of professionalapplications - the data is still stored in different forms in differentsystems, rather than sub-poly, poly and substandard, showing heterogeneousdistribution. With the continuous deepening of application requirements,more and more users want to be able to transparently access and process datafrom various other sources of useful data, multiple hardware and softwaresystems as well as between the different sources of informationinteroperability. However, electricity production information system hasgone through decades of existence and development. In recent years, the riseof information integration related technologies creates the conditions tofurther optimization and development for information systems. It can seethat the course of their practice reveals a number of unavoidable problemsand bottlenecks, which put forward the new requirements for the improvementand development of operation of the electricity enterprises themselves.At present, middleware technology is accompanied by a product ofenterprise information systems development; it was originally the mainpurpose of enterprise information systems to solve the heterogeneous problemexisted; and as the development of middleware technology, enterpriseinformation system completely changes the pattern of development, shortensthe system development cycle and improves the quality of the systemdevelopment. Middleware technology is to build a modern enterpriseinformation systems "propellant". Middleware as a key enterpriseinformation technology, the development of enterprise information systemplays a key role. The application of the Electric Power Information Systemchanges the power system works backward; saves human and material resources,improves the automation level and work efficiency of the power systemmanagement. The text adopted the new generation of software architecture—Service oriented architectural (SOA) and the SOA system architecture, studies the SOA advanced framework concept, design principles and implementation of technical in depth. Based on the research findings and the SOA system architecture methods and the analysis of power enterprise business order, the paper is divided into the appropriate level based on the application integration service bus system, to adapt to power enterprise information systems in production control, production management and enterprise management needs of differences; in the drawing power system works to synchronize the domain state of research results at the same time, puts forward in line with the power of enterprise development characteristics of SOA-based framework for enterprise application integration system of power. In the adoption of SOA, based on enterprise information, the system introduces the real-time SOA (RT-SOA, Real-Time SOA) mechanism. Starting from the basic concepts of SOA, SOA Yuan-bus, the service bus technology program, the local system, as well as the SOA hierarchy of relationships within the system of compliance referred to in terms of system ,the paper discuss it in detail. Meanwhile, the paper discusses and expounds the typical electric power enterprise business process abstraction process. Here is the course of network enterprise integration and integrate technological architecture, it comes up with a base-on SOA enterprise information integrated approach; through establishing the reusable and freedom SOA information infrastructure, it is to resolve the key issue of information such as: data integration, business integration, process automation, enterprise portal and so on. Therefore, the paper designs and contractures the relevant the framework of information integration; introduces and descript the practices such as data interactive, application integration and business information portal and so on, and it provides an advanced thought for the enterprise information integrated construction.
