MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is management information systems that reside on the plant floor between the planning systems in offices and direct industrial controls in the production manufacturing management process, which provides real-time information about the product planning, product tracing and resource allocation for the plant floor managers and operating staffs. In the large project-based production environment, the higher degree integration of enterprise systems, the more efficiency and stronger competitive enterprise has. Therefore, the realization of the integration between MES and other systems is necessary.First, the background and the role of MES in manufacture management is discussed. Based on summary of information integration research and the methods and models of integration, a thought of information integration between FC-MES and IQS (Integrated Quality System)based on middleware is proposed. According to the feature of business process between FC-MES and IQS, the Data model and data flow is discussed and an integrating frame within FC-MES and IQS is built, the system integration between FC-MES and IQS based on WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere MQ is carried out, the sharing of information among heterogeneous systems is developed.According to the feature of manufacture management and requirement analysis of the project, integrated query and statistical system is designed, gives the functional Structure Model is given, some functions is developed, a middleware of internal information systems is established based on WebSphere Application Sever, in order to integrating information in Enterprise Service Bus.
