The Bill Management System for Bank(BMSB) is used in the daily bill management in Bank; it overcomes the conditions of low efficiency, bad security and disordered management. It realizes scientific management of bills with advanced technologies and gives customers good services. At present, there are many advanced products about the Electronic Bill Cabinet (EEC) ; and it is the time to develop a powerful-function, easy-used, assorted software to EEC. Based on the hardware of BMSB including EEC, the Bill Management of Bank Software is proposed as well as designed.The design and realization of the Bill Management of Bank Software are described mainly in this paper. First describes the background of this task, the current statuse and development of BMSB , mainly about the advanced technologies used in EEC and the design of other native BMSB. Next discusses the hardware of the BMSB, especially the structure and functions about the EEC. Next analyses the main structure of the BMSB and the requirement of the software, and introduces the structure of the software, especially the database and the elementary modules. And the paper tells us about the designs and operations of some important modules. It also tells us programming thoughtfulness about some key programs through some flew charts and examples. The new system which is developed realizes a fuction of the intranet real-time query about the clients' information; the clients can query their newest informtions in bank through the bank intranet and it promots the eff iciecy and the service quality. The thesis introduces the CICS system usedin the new system and how to I realize the intranet query by it. The testing about the software is produced in paper, and also about the improvements of the software with it. At last the main research conclusions about the whole software structure and capability are summarized. The prospect of further research work is also proposed.The software has been used, from the actual application result, it can run stably and reliably, reach to the effect anticipative. Its characteristic is, multithread, simply database, sufficient considerations about the security and reliability of the software, friendly interfaces and easy operation. It has great foreground.
