Document Transceiver Agents (agents) The Design And Realization

The office automation technology is developing quickly due to the current status of computer science and network engineering. Document management system, which is related with other sub-systems of work flow, is the key element in office automation system. Work efficiency will be decreased if the document is blocked in its normal work flow. According to the technical analysis, an assistant system for operation document -DRSAS (Document Receiving-Sending Agents System) was proposed. in this paper.The system main implemented the communication between server side and client side based on Socket programming in "push" mode (i. e., information sent from server side to client side in an initiative way). Documents were classified due to the rules defined by user, and were processed in different ways according to different rules. That is to say, the system is flexible when user' s demand is changed. A design schema and solution of the system based on Multi-agents, which has already been implied in the Document Management System, was introduced in this paper. It integrates database server and email server, and is proved to be satisfied.
