In this paper, the application technologies for micro-controller used in the embedded systems are introduced and the development technologies for micro-controller under the embedded operation systems. Then, fully deal with about that we use 80C196KC in the automatic fast speed sewer for industrial use. The detail contents are automatic control system's hardware, software and reliability.In the hardware section, describe 80C196KC micro-controller for the main controller unit, photoelectric sensor and hall sensor for the input and output parts, and MOS field effective transistors for velocity adjusting unit and action such as cutting, pulling, back sewing units. In the software section, describe velocity adjusting module's, sampling and sewing module's detail procedure of the algorithm. In the end, introduce the system reliability design of hardware and software.By joint testing of hardware and software, indicate that the system could steadily and effectively perform its function demanded.
