Electro-hydraulic servo system are widely applied in industry process-control, for its flexible performance and adaptive capacity. However many electro-hydraulic servo systems use commercial generic controller which has defects like single function, lack of universal performance. To promote wide application of industrialization of electro-hydraulic servo technology, this subject developed a DSP-based electro-hydraulic servo embedded controller. It uses TMS320F2812, an advanced and powerful 32-bit fixed point DSP, as its CPU.As to hardware design, by using CPLD and logic voltage switch ,this subject completes module design like patulous A/D, patulous D/A, patulous dual-port static RAMs, Can Bus communication and serial communication , with functions like data collection, drive output, communication between PC and DSP.As for software design, based on the study of the ISA Bus Driver Development under windows XP, it develops control card driver to achieve the communication between PC and DSP by using WinDriver design. Besides it realizes Human-machine interface modules by LabVIEW. In order to facilitate the maintenance and revision of procedures as well as shortening procedure development time, it applies a modular program design method. By using Matlab, it developed the target board in rapid control prototyping, and finished modules like signal generator module, AD modules, DA modules and some other modules with basic protection function. In addition, it introduces how to use Matlab to develop the target board in rapid control prototyping, and analyzes the efficiency and accuracy of codes generated by rapid control prototyping.As to the development of controller, there is an important link between the simulation in theory and the debugging in industry, that is electric simulation (i.e. half-real simulation). Designing and programming electric simulation circuit of electro-hydraulic servo system is also an important part of this task. Then based on this electric simulation circuit the feasibility of the controller is tested.
