In this paper, aiming at the control communication problem of satellite communication antenna system, the particularity of the communication part of the equipments which have relative movement is analyzed, and comparing to formerly communicationg project, a new project to resolve the communication problem is put forward, namely Lower Voltage Power Line Carrier Technology.This article briefly presented the principle of lower Voltage Power Line Carrier Technology and Spread Spectrum Technology, and discussed the advantage, the mode, the current state of Spread Spectrum Technology applied to Lower Voltage Power Line Carrier Communication, and analyzed the channel transmission characters of lower voltage power line with mechanical contact. A Lower Voltage Power Line Carrier Communication System on Spread Spectrum Technology based on this condition is designed, which is composed of a singlechip computer AT89C51 and PL2101B. This article described the hardware and software of the system, and the field-test showed the system is feasible.
