Communication of power line carrier is a particular communicating manner which making use of power line, which is used as medium of transmitting message to transfer voice and data. Through the pure power line carrier network or the power line carrier technology and CDMA wireless transmission tchnology, it can control street lamps, energy saving of street lamps, line's anti-theft features. Through the design of low-voltage broadband blocking wave and spread spectrum technology, the system not only improve the data transfer rate also have strong anti-harsh environment's Features. System hardware include acquisition module, control module; Software includes master station software and terminal software. Master station software used for control, statistics, and analysis, alarms generated. Terminal software mainly used for collecting data, control lamps, auto-adjust energy consumption and so on.The basic principles of anti-theft cable is Power Line Communication Technology, It is installed the send device in the cable head and reception device in the cable tail. The head device send packet to the tail device ,the tail device is replied .If success,the cable is ok.Based on low-voltage power line carrier composition of street lighting management system structural characteristics, the thesis described the design of the system of thinking and realizes ways.It introduces the history of the development of low-voltage power line carrier at first in this thesis, and introduces spread spectrum communication, power line carrier communication, finally give a specific software, hardware design. Completing the task of the Power Line Carrier Management streetlights system.In this thesis, the main results in the following points:1.Selection of power line carrier chip2.Software design and implementation of Power line carrier network3.Development of blocking wave (low-voltage broadband blocking)4.Development of capacitor buck's Linear Power Supply about PowerLine carrier communication's modem..5.The development of coupling circuit.6.The development of communication interface and the frame structure.
