Research And Design Of The Embedded Gateway In Intelligent Security System Based On ARM&Web

Applications of security system have extended gradually from industry and national defence to district and residential areas, therefore,the research and applications of security system are particularly important to people's livelihood. With the development of technology, the network has become an irreversible historical trend. The reduction of security system cost and the convenience of access to network has become a hotspot of current research. It is the core of this thesis and also the key equipment of ordinary families that using embedded technology and network technology to develope Intelligent Security System Gateway with compact size, stable performance and low cost.To the paltform of hardware taking S3C2410 microprocessor as the core components, this thesis focus on research and design of embedded gateway in Intelligent Security System based on ARM & Web; and also discusses and studies the key technologies involved in the realization of the system.Firstly, this thesis reviews the domestic and foreign research status and development trendency; and illustrates the importance of the present-stage research of ARM-based gateway security system by analyzing the characteristics of the existing Intelligent Security System. Secondly, this thesis also analyzes in detail the ARM processor-related technology and the composition of Linux kernel; and it builts system hardware and software development platform; and it analyses the start principles and operation process of the Boot Loader and VIVI is modified and transplanted according to the hardware structure of the system. In-depth research and development has been done on how to compile and transplant the Linux kernel, built cramfs file system and device driver. Finally, this thesis completes the design and configuration of the Embedded Web server, and it also implements the Gateway of Intelligent Security System, and takes the video surveillance subsystem as an example, it design and develop the web page of login and video monitorit for Intelligent Security System,and then remote video monitoring based on B/S mode is realized.The design of the system is very simple, efficient, extensible and easy to use and what's more important is easy to updates the system. Because of using embedded approach, the systerm has low cost and convenient for wide use.
