Research And Implementation Of Management Information System Based On Dynamic Network Of Knowledge Management Archives

The management information system (MIS) has merged numerous disciplines, such as management, information technology, computer technology and system engineering, etc. MIS has been a modernization management tool for the enterprises and institutions. It has important function to the development of national economy, operation of the enterprises and institutions. The development approach and tool about MIS are in constant development which are offering guide and facility for the development of MIS.The world has already entered the era of knowledge-driven economy in the information age in which computer technology and information network technology are the guides. Knowledge management and its implementation are playing a great influence to the development of the enterprises and institutions. MIS should adapt to the development of the times too, satisfying the need of the work of the enterprises and institutions.The paper made a detailed investigation about the current situation of the archives management combining with Cheng Du airplane Company archives management study. In the course of the system (based on the knowledge management archives dynamic network MIS) design and developing we use some thoughts of the knowledge management. The paper proposed the plan of the system design and has realized the whole system. The system includes the different archive work procedures. We specially designed the function of the archives sharing and knowledge discover.· The paper studied the contribution of the development methods of the system to the dynamic MIS especially the structured system development methodologies, prototype methodologies and 00 methodologies. The paper proposed that the three methodologiesshould be applied in the course of system developing.·The paper presented the concept of the dynamic archives MIS andmade a consideration for the system trends and commonability inthe design using the former lessons.·The paper made a key introduction of the system design andrealization. The system adopts the modes of B/S and C/S. The paperanalysed the security question of the system from functionauthority and the type of archive that users can operate.
