This purpose of this paper is to design a kind of intellect encode AISC. The research way is as followed, after analysis all kinds of design way of the ASIC, and the inner system structure of MCU, finish verification of all fuction base on the 8 bit MCU core taking a way assemble with the application system develop of MCU. Design the circuits of encode and decode. At last produce the machine code file, which can be used directly in the IC manufacture factory to fulfill the ASIC product.The selected MCU core is the PIC16C54, Which one kind of the Microchip's PIC16C5X series, this kind of 8 bit series have many merit, it mainly include the wide byte and single cycle, and Harvard-double-bus, and RISC structure. All this merits make its have more speed in instruction executing.This ASIC can afford 11 bit address foot at most, i.e. 2048 address states (211), which decrease the collide of code, and the probability of scan the address port illegal, on the other hand, it also can afford 11 bit data foot at most, i.e. 2048 data states (211). It can be used widely in fields of the security system of familiy car, and the garage control, and the remote control fan, and the remote control toy, and other industrial control fields, and so on.The creative of this paper is taking a special encode way, thus it avoid the disturbance in much degree between the different user who use the remote control encode ASIC.
