The digitization of facture, plan and play of TV program is the core in the progress, which the digital technology will gradually take the place of the analog technology. Therefore, the object will be realized by the application system research of the facture network of TV program. According to this, the dissertation shows the solution of the application system research. In addition, the full research process of analysis, design, implement and test of system is demonstrated.Here, the developed prototype of the application system is represented, which transforms from the oriented function method to the oriented object method. The function design and model design of all subsystems are implemented by the oriented object method based on the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Moreover, the needed static structure and dynamic models of all subsystems are created using the diagram style of UML. Aimed at these design details, this dissertation shows the specifications, which contributes a valid realizing approach to the familiar application system. In the process of related database design, the technical innovation is used to reduce the complicated level of related database.In the part of system implement, this dissertation discusses some points of system fulfillment, such as communication between computer serial ports, virtual device function, and the software-reused methods of system' s update and compatibility.Furthermore, some brief descriptions of the developed prototype of system, the construction of hardware network, the choice of database management system and the principles of system design are illustrated.Finally, the situation of system test is introduced. At the same time, the paper affirms the significance of system research, which completely meets with the requirements of digitized, network-depended, information shared facture of TV program. Also, some limitations of system function are indicated.
