City Street Light Control System Design

In this paper, a new DCS ( Distribute Control System) named City Lamp Control System had been designed. It is a new monitoring and control system which could be applied to civicism construction and will bring the benefit to the city. During in writing this paper, the following work had beendone:1. Discussed the total layout about the system and compartmentalized the whole work to some different parts to be done.2. Introduced the design of the system's lower station and analyzed the problems which came out during the process of design.3. Introduced the design plan of the A/D module and I/O module in system's lower station.4. Introduced and discussed the design and problems in communication between the upper main station and the lower station.5. Introduced the frame of the upper main station's software system and Discussed the realization of the programming.6. Introduced the main station's software interface and function.7. Listed the performance targets of the system.
