Design And Implementation Of Chongqing Creation Vocational College Enrollment Management System

With the development of information technology in China, more and more universities apply such technology to various fields. In the admission stage, the Internet admission systems for enrollment of national colleges provide the students with the register information and the basic information of the students, which provide the powerful guarantee for the college enrollment work. However, due to the fact that the system fails to integrate with the colleges’ own enrollment management system, to achieve data share, resources integration and student tracking management, which restricts the smooth development of the enrollment to a large extent. This paper, based on the enrollment model of Chongqing Creation Vocational College, designs an enrollment management software suitable for the actualities of the College, able to integrate ideally with the enrollment system of Tsinghua University, so as to improve the efficiency of the enrollment, making the enrollment more scientific and modern and efficiently promoting the building of digital campus of the College.This paper firstly introduces the background for the research on the enrollment management system in private colleges and on the basis of the research results of the university enrollment management systems in domestic and foreign countries and the practical experience, deeply analyzes the target need of the enrollment management system in private colleges, the major business processes, the functional needs, network and interface needs of the system. Thereafter, the paper designs the software development model, defines the property and functions of each module, proposes the business process diagram of each department through field research, makes it abstract information data, creates database and tables according to the design principle of database and finally earnestly tests each module, forming a relatively sound enrollment management system for private colleges with certain promoting value.On the basis of the former research, this paper concludes the general principles for the enrollment in private colleges, systematically analyzes the working process of the enrollment and develops the software system with the mixed model of B/S and C/S as the software development system, the sql server 2008 as the management system of the backstage database, windows server 2003 as the backstage operation system, characterized with friendly interface, convenient operation and the data stored cheap equipment with high fault tolerance, which is especially suitable for the private colleges.
