A timing data-acquisition system with low power dissipation is presented in this paper . This battery-operated system without tenders can automatically collect analog signals of multiple-channel at a given time in bad environment conditions . During suspended period , main part of it haves no power supply , and according to lowest-power-dissipation theory, it cuts down most power dissipation . In this way , it prolongs time of batteries service , and system can keep working for a long time .The wakening part of this system which includes serial alarm real time clock can turn on power supply at a given time .After data-acquisition system starts working .Microcontroller will control collecting data , saving data , and pre-setting parameters .And LED can display setting-operation , time and sampling data .Though simulating bus to extends EEPROM , system and can save a lot of collecting time and data .With displace EEPROM or serial communication , these data can send to computer which will process them .System can turn off power supply when abnormity phenomena appear . It ensures to data acquisition reliably and exactly .
