In modern EW (Electronic Warfare), the using of radar and ARM makes the electromagnetic signal environment more and more complex and dangerous. And the multiformity of radar system makes it more difficult to deinterleave radar signals.Measuring the parameters of pulse with high speed and precision is the base of electronic reconnaissance, and it is very pivotal and indispensable step of the separation and recognition of the signal in the dense and complex signal environment. Apparently, the research of measuring the parameters of radar pulse is very beneficial. So, it is necessary for modern ELINT system to have the ability to analyze and process all kinds of radar signals received form the radiant quickly and correctly in order to meet the requirement of the electronic war today and in the future.Considering the demands of application and making reference to software radio technology, we have designed the IF digital receiver based on FPGA, and we can get the parameters of Radar pulse through the same scale programmable FPGA chip. The primary works in this paper are presented as follow:Channelization digital receiver and its forepart operational principle are discussed. To complete software and hardware design of IF processing based on FPGA.To introduce the principle and method of the signal detection based on accumulation. To complete the realization by FPGA.To discuss the radar signal pulse and it's parameters, and to introduce the principle and method of the measure, then to give the method on how to get the PA,TOA,PW and f based on FPGA.To introduce the testing method and give the results of testing.
