With the development of economy, the scale of software is more and more complex. It is unable to fulfill the requirement of society if it only depends on the traditional developing way. The traditional way wastes time and energy, and has existence of a mass of duplication of labor, so the velocity of developing software has already being unable to keep pace with that of development of society. Therefore, under the circumstance of guaranteeing the software quality, in order to enhance the velocity of software development, the thought of software reuse is accepted and researched deeply. It is the one of train of thought to achieve the software reuse that a kind of developing way based on software component. Compared with traditional developing way, that based on component takes examples by the mode of batch production, utilizes the existed software well, and creates some conditions for large scale production of software. Hence, this paper analyzes, design and implement Telecom Operation System using component technology, and the research is as follows:(1) Firstly, this paper researches the background of this issue and the status of component technology. Moreover, this paper also researches J2EE distributed component technology, software architecture, and the framework constituted by Spring, Struts, and Hibernate (SSH). Then it binds the software component technology and SSH framework to apply to develop the Telecom Operation System.(2) This paper analyzes the requirement of Telecom Operation System, designs the architecture of the System, and extracts some reusable components.(3) This paper discusses the technology and process of component design, and designs detailedly and implements some typical components, such as database connection component, permission arrangement component, administrator arrangement component, user arrangement component and etc.(4) This paper also discusses the method of assembling components, choosing the gray-box assembling method. In addition, this paper analyzes and implements the deploy method of the system, and set some relevant parameter. At last, test some components in system.
