Embedded Network-based Wavelet Image Compression, Image Monitoring Terminal Design,

With the rapid evolution of image compression,network transmission and electron technique,Embedded image surveillant system has became a new developing hotspot. In the dissertation,the principle and implementation of embedded networking image surveillant system based on wavelet compression are discussed..In this thesis,the history-development and constitution of image surveillant system are introduced firstly in chapter one. Subsequently,correlative techniques of embedded networking image surveillant terminal are introduced in chapter two,including image compression technique,embedded MCU,embedded operating system and network transmission technique. In chapter three,software compressed project with DSP and hardware compressed project with ASIC are compared,then we select the later. Software designs of this embedded system,including bootable routine of ARM system,port and application program of uC/OS-II,embedded tcp/ip suites and drive of devices,are expatiated in the fifth chapter. The last chapter lays out the testing result and improving method of this terminal. The results of experiments show that the measures are feasible.
