The bag precipitator, as a kind of high-efficient dust allayers, at present, has been used in many industrial departments. With request of modern production technology, it is further more important to design the automatic control technology of the whole dust removal system properly. This paper .gives the overall argumentation to the development during the project practice about the automatic control technology in the dust removal system. Main content includes:1 This system has combined advanced DCS and PLC control technology. The whole control system is divided into management grade , monitor and control grade, control grade, by regarding PLC as the core control device2 The communication of the system adopts RS-485 bus and freedom port of PLC, and communication protocols in the system has been designed. The master machine adopts serial communication PLC adopts the way of free port communication3 The control procedure in the system has included the IPC control module and PLC control module. The control procedure of IPC has adopted the multi-thread way., The control module of PLC includes communication module, manual module and automatic module.4 The paper has also discussed detailedly the anti-jamming method in the side of hardware and software, Especially the anti-jamming method about PLC has been put forward.5 The technical route of using fuzzy control for control of vibration cycle is put forward, and a fuzzy controller whose parameters can be optimized on line is designed.
