The Public Security Traffic Police Command Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Platform

The traffic management and command center has developed through three stages in the nation.The first stage was between 1980s and 1990s.And this phase of regulating traffics was mainly based on sole technical systems,which was operated systematically by different units of the traffic regulating department,instead of a united conducting center.The second stage was from the beginning of 1990s to the end of it,which was marked by the mass construction of the traffic management center,they were operated and regulated in a united conducting hub.The last stage started from around the year of 2002 till now.After the construction of infra-building and technic sub-systems,the hubs have brought up a process for the whole operation of conducting and coordinating,through the real practices dealing with car accidents.So an integration platform was build up accordingly,which symbolizes the construction of conducting hubs goes into a stage of system integrating.Considering the development of traffic officer security command platform,based on my personal involvement of the Intelligence Traffic Management System(ITMS) for Command Center,Combined with the traffic police detachment with the needs of business processes in detail a set of fit current business needs of domestic traffic police command platform functionality,which is suitable for domestic in China.Its main characteristics are as follows:First,Subsystem application,each subsystem is responsible for the traffic management,respectively,including those that have and will be built.Second,Integrated interface,responsible for the data exchange among sub-sub-system and those communicate with the whole integrated application as well.Third,Integrated application,based on the various functions of sub-systems,produce new integration features which do not exist when each sub-system works independently,through the coordination of information and action relationship among sub-systems.This system is quite fit for the public security traffic officer command center in various areas of China.
