The Design Of Network Information Security Program In State Grid Jibei Maintenance Of Electric Power Co.,Ltd.

With the rapid development of Internet, network information security problems have become increasingly prominent. Such as a malicious intrusion, practical joke type network disruptive behavior, network transmission of the virus, the malicious software vulnerabilities Webpage and etc., have become the factorsof network information security vulnerability, and these actions is particularly easy to take in the electric power enterprise network due to lack of preventive measures, so the security of network information safety is very important. Whether in LAN or WAN, there are potential threats from many aspects, the security of network security measures should cope with all kinds of threats, so as to ensure that the network of information confidentiality, integrity and availability.Through deep investigation and analysis, different measures are taken according to different situations of network operation in State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company, and the design of network information security scheme is completed. The main content and work in this thesis as follows:(1) First, the network information security requirements of the maintenance company analyzed. There are mainly two aspects, one is the type, structure and layout of the overall effect of the network on the network information security; on the other hand is the information security requirements of different responsibilities of the Department, different staff involved. According to the analysis of investigation results, the parts where needed to be remedied and strengthen are discovered. Secondly, the overall framework of the program has been established combining with the above analysis of the requirements.(2) The technical scheme to guarantee the network security of the company is designed.According to the characteristics of the company, a variety of techniques are utilized to ensure the network security. Management scheme of how to guarantee the network security is proposed. Reviews of the current network security management system of the company, security loopholes and influence factors have been found in network, help to formulate the improvement measures.(3) Verification and practice of the network information security program. Each measure of the program have been tested.The design of network information security program is based on improving the technical means as well as perfecting the management system. That is a significant change of network information security system of the company, this program will guarantee the normal operation of the office and production, and provide reference for other power enterprise of how to protect the network information.
