The Bluetooth Baseband Protocol And Application Modules, Analysis And Research

This paper introduces the standard of Bluetooth technology, the protocol architecture of Bluetooth, the profile, Bluetooth development and research. Based on the specifically analysis of the core protocol of baseband, we compile the simulation program by using Visual C++ on the windows platform. The program produces the concrete baseband access code, hopping frequency sequence and baseband packet. The simulation of error correction, encryption and authentication are also implemented in this program. We also analyze theoretically the transmit/receive timing of Bluetooth, and provide the research foundation for further model design.Through investigating several kinds of Bluetooth radio transceiver, dedicated Bluetooth link controller and digital signal processor, we construct the system schema of three-chip Bluetooth implementation with radio transceiver LMX3162, dedicated Bluetooth link controller LMX5001 of National semiconductor company and TMS320F206 digital signal processor of TI. We also design the schematic of radio unit, baseband processing unit and micro-processing unit of Bluetooth model. In addition, we initially configure circuit parameter and parameter of micro-processing unit according to circuit design theory.On the base of analyzing the architecture of Bluetooth protocol and driver, we define the core data structure of Bluetooth, and provide the architecture of the Bluetooth device driver, and compile the source code of Bluetooth HCI driver program in order to provide the supporter of host.At last, the further schema of research is presented.
