This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of a networked control system based Lonworks fieldbus standard, which is composed of a hyper-computer with special network card and three intelligent nodes. The hyper-computer is used for configuration > network communication and dynamic watch, while the intelligent nodes are responsible for collecting local signal > computing and making control.Intelligent nodes are designed in the core of Neuron chip. LonWorks communication technology is adopted to finish ISO/OSI seven layer communication protocol. COM components idea and C/S software system are used in the design of visual control configuration. In this way, the problem of requiring engineers to master Neuron C language and Neuron chip hardware architecture is resolved , so the cost for system design and personnel training is lowered.Now this control system is used in the process control lab successfully to control pressure > flux and liquid location experiment equipment. This article will mainly take pressure equipment as example to introduce how to control it using the system. At the end of the article we make linkage control with pressure and flux equipments to prove the network communication function of the system. It is proved that this system has the advantages such as friend platform interface ^ and realtime and reliable communication.
