The Study Of Coal Mine Security Supervision System Based On The Lonworks Field-bus

Coal mine is a basic and very important industry of our country and working security is even critical a issue of the coal mine, therefore to applicate varies supervise systems has become the nessary method of ensuring security production. At presant, the field bus technology is booming and becomes more and more importance for the supervision and control system in modern mining industry because of it's stronger function and lower cost .To satisfy the request of explodeproof, dustproof , dampproof, waterproof, long distance transfer and electrical fluctuate , Lonworks technology can solve them perfectly , so it stands out from many field bus and becomes the chief choice for the mining supervising system.Based on the lonworks field bus technology, this paper puts forward the hardware and software design of the smart node on data collection, which some analogue value (CH₄ density, Wind speed, temperature) and switching value (equipment on/off, wind gate on/off) need supervising. At last, the paper sets forth the solving program of the long distance data transfer and adopts the LNS DDE technology and VCSC configuration software to complete interface between human and machine.
