With the rapid economic development of China, the needs for varies dwelling buildings experience a booming period, because the architecture industry will increase 20% every year in next decade. According to domicile develop schedule of China, at least 0.2 billion m2 residence will be finished; most of them are Intelligence buildings. People pursue more residential area as well as higher quality, therefore, the research and develop in Intelligence building have good prospects and practical meaning. Now, the application of intelligence building has been added into the "Agenda of Develop Program in 21 Century China", all of which will greatly influence the trends of intelligence building and architecture. Due to its high quality in Network structure, standardization, alternation and inter-operation, the Intelligence Architecture systems based on LonWorks field-bus have became the standard module, which is proved by lot of practical projects. It includes hardware researching, firmware developing and system integrating. The related research plays an active role in developing Chinese own property right field-bus, for its science value that combines architecture and control art.The author first designs a neuron node aimed for I/O control and Network Variables transmission provided as independent module for complex system applications, then integrates the system with LonWorks field bus, at last, the author analyses creatively the real-time character of data communication through researching for the protocol of the LonWorks field bus, in order to keep the balance of the data transmission between mini-delays and max-runoffs...
