The design principle of VXIbus register-based A16(A24)/D16 device with the ability of interruption is presented.2 . The 12Bit, 6Msa/s data acquisition and the 128M-sample-buffered memory with SDRAM are realized.3. The shared devices (SDRAM and AD) are fast arbitrated in hardware and the shared devices' access conflicts are resolved, so the continuous data acquisition is realized.3. The drivers of BITS ATTRIBUTE INSTRUMENTS which agree to IVI are presented and realized.
