The design of the microstrip integrated Gunn oscillator at Wband is developed and the performance is evaluated.First of all, we analyze the character of the radial transmission line. According to the boundary condition, we calculate the impedance in the inner radial, which is transferred from the load impedance through the radial transmission line. After the principle of harmonic oscillator is expatiated, through the idea about armonic frequency extraction? the parameters of Gunn diode are used to decide the dimension of microstrip resonator with the impedance in the inner radial. As to the fundamental frequency and the harmonic frequency, the dimension of the microstrip resonator cap is calculated respectively. Then, the dimension of the resonator can be selected after both of the them can work normally under the same dimension. At last, relying on the Eesof, the low pass filter and band pass filter are developed. The antipole-finline transition is used in order to test conveniently.The experiments identify that the circuit structures are reasonable. The power of the output is about 0.51 mW and the frequency is about 104.55 GHz.
