The vehicle dynamic driving simulator is in the stage of initial research and development in our country. In this paper, According to the development trend of the vehicle dynamic driving simulator of home and abroad, and the reality need of scientific research of traffic safety and driving training, research and development of three degrees of freedom motion system were proposed. Based on analyzing spatial structure of the vehicle dynamic driving simulator, using turning transform tensor as mathematical tool, mathematical model of three degrees of freedom motion system was set up. Mechanical and hydraulic structure of motion system and systemæ¯ control plan were further analyzed. On the basis of those, corresponding transform function model of electro- hydraulic servocontrol system was established, and also simulation analysis for the motion system was carried out by using MATLAB. The paper has done some good discussion for studying and developing the vehicle dynamic driving simulator. |
