or the World Information technology revolution, the industrial development of media has caught the focus of the world. This dissertation is to prove the inevitability of the industrial management of media based ?on the industrial practices. The author argues that the inevitability of media抯 industrial management comes from the following three factors: First~ the requirement of the social background is its external factor; Second. the sclf-rccognizatiofl of its own developing pattern and the seeking interests arc its internal pushing factor: Third, to confirmation and requirement the polices make industrial manag~mnent to be the inevitable choice.
