| In this thesis, we carried out a detailed analysis to the Chengdu e-government connector system business, by using the J2 EE system standards, combined with 3 lightweight frameworks(Struts 2, Spring 3, and Hibernate 3) to build high performance, scalable system development architecture. This system contains 6 core modules: case management, case uniform query, case service evaluation, case statistics, case reminding, and system management. We fulfilled the case management and system management modules, did the database analysis and design to the two modules, used the flow charts to describe the business process, used physical model to describe the association of entity database, fulfilled the function by codes. The system testing contained white box testing and black box testing, recorded the test defect in tracking form, did back-testing and repairing. By using pressure testing tool, we tested the concurrent performance, ensured the speediness and stability of this system.The system mainly fulfilled the requirement of unified connector for e-government affairs service center of Chengdu people’s government. The case management controlled the whole system fundamentally. The operator of this platform was the administrator of case management module, did the Unified management for case information. The system was more friendly, easier, intelligent and valuable.The powerful information Verification function of this system reduced the workload greatly, the data access was more convenient, and the information processing was more accurate, efficient, economic and intelligent. This system is currently in the developing stage, will enter into the trial stage in the near future, we hope that through the exploration of the system, we can provide some theoretical basis and practical experience for the office management system. |
