Design And Implementation Of Case Management System For Tiexi Subbureau Of Anshan City

The information-based degree has already become the important sign of weighing the economic development level of a country and competition strength in this century. Lately, public security information has obtained obvious effects in network basic equipments, professional application systems, organization management structures and talent persons guarantee and plays more and more important role in the public securities. To adapt to the changing situation, strengthen the fighting capacity of polices, raise the administration and law-executors'efficiency and meet the demands of public security, the Ministry of Public Security started the Golden Shield Engineering, which was approved by the central authorities, PR China. The engineering is to build up a national information system based on the public security's private network.To meet the managerial needs of case management, this thesis is on the basic of computer networks and database technology designs and develops a set of automated case management system. The thesis subject employs the object-oriented programming ideas and utilizes the Eclipse development platform and B/S mode for automated network sales management system. In developing this system, the author with the expertise adopts the fountain model and multi-tier architecture, and refers to the Eclipse programming tool. Through analysis of the needs, system design, detailed design and system testing, the research finally achieved the expected design goal.The system is developed based on J2EE. The system combines B/S 3-tier with C/S 2-tier system structure in order to make system got more safety. System follows the procedure of software engineering. After introducing the related technologies, system being to system needs analysis. Analysis includes function needs and business needs which is based on staff requirement. After that, paper continues to system analysis. It starts with various angles of system feasibility, system function modules, and data flow system. What's more, it also analyzes from system design, database design, and structure design. After finishing above analysis and design, the paper describes the system instructions which are described with 2-3 modules. Customer evaluation analysis is based on cloud model. It brings a true response to evaluation of the customers. Systemic is friendly, easy to operate. The system is urban construction, remove module to explain the system.It can make policemen transfer quickly the report information adapting computers and networks, raise validly the abilities of accepting reports by the public security organs and handling the cases. Due to the usage of this system, it can realize statistics and analysis of report information, automatic classification and automatic gathering of case clues and a united check and scientific dispatch by the leadership so as to raise the management level and make the security management work of public security organ stride upon a new step.
