Design And Implementation Of Handling The Case Of Law Information System Based On SOA

With economic globalization and the development of information technology,the international contacts increase multiply.As the annual passenger volume of international airports is mounting,the relevant criminal cases grow quickly both in the quantity and complexity.In recent years,information technology has been invited to law-enforcing department and supervisory authorities,however exit and entry frontier inspection station has not yet joined the trend.The institutions themselves are relatively closed and inefficient in regulation,and the staff show up optionally in the daily work.And the criminal cases are categorized and solved in a mediocre way.Therefore,a new effective inspection system is in demand to improve the standardization of work and management.Automated administration and intellectualized identification have been proven to be two significant technologies which can improve the current system.This article analyses various technologies of operating law-enforcing and case-handling systems,and establishes a new efficient system which applies the most effective and intellectual technologies.The system is based on SOA structure +B/S mode,and involved J2EE,ESB,WEBSERVICE and some other related technologies,which could offer the reliable technological guarantee for the design and implementation of the system.The auxiliary system of law enforcement and case handling covers three networks:the Meisha network,the public security network and the virtual network.The system integrates these three network systems in the integrated platform,and shares event information to each others.Through analyzing functional requirements,which are involved in the activities of law enforcement,the system set up many function modules,including the case handling,file management,statistical analysis,law enforcement evaluation and system management.On this basis,an overall system architecture has been set up,which was designed detailedly according to the functional requirements of the system.By using SOA structure,the Meisha system,integration platform and other resources are integrated into the system.
