The Design And Implementation Of Procuratorate Civil Administrative Business Management System For Weifang City

Therefore, it needs a set of procuratorate civil service management system, to true realize the informationalized management for civil and administrative services of People’s Procuratorate of Weifang City.This paper describes the development process of procuratorate civil service management system of Weifang city. The system is based on J2EE platform, and the use of object-oriented analysis method and UML tools, with JAVA programming language and a combination of JSP method, use case diagram, sequence diagram to help with demand analysis carried out, to perform the system design with class diagram, and ultimate realization of the system. The development of Procuratorate management system is a set of B/S mode and is adopted to the procuratorial organs application system in network, it’s can quick set up a case-processing and office handing information system at all levels of the procuratorial organs office, establishment of each business information window in procuratorate, according to the departments and personnel responsibilities to divided into different functional authority. Take the information of processing and base case acceptance personnel by through the intelligent management system to automatic transfer to the attorney general and other senior leadership. Procuratorate civil service management system of Weifang city ultimately realize the case management, divisional management, examination management, examination results and other functions, it can be achieved on case query, registration, modification and other operations.The civil service management system of People’s Procuratorate of Weifang city, it realizes the electronization and informatization management mode on related business of civil and administrative services. To end of the traditional manual way, not only saves a lot of manpower, material resources, but also improve the efficiency of management and validity of the information processing.
