Research And Analysis On Credit System Of Township Integrity

With the rapid development of China’s population, the government departments in the planning process needs to face and solve things more and more, so it requires the government planning departments in the management process to improve the family planning management efficiency. With the rapid development of information technology, the management of family planning in China is also the need for change, how in the planning process by means of information technology to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the population, making the planning staff take the initiative to participate in the planning management, improve the family planning service integrity to ensure people in the planning process in the main the position is currently planning work in urgent need to solve the problem. In the background of the actual demand, China’s Township family planning service integrity based on the research and analysis of the township family planning service system integrity.This paper first introduces the township family planning service system, the integrity of the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and application at present, the main research content.In business analysis, the integrity of the township family planning service problems, the organization, the original business process are analyzed in this paper, the original business process management, including credit rating credit file maintenance, information query, integrity management, credit default statistical and daily management system business process, the business process based on the introduction of computer technology to manage the business process reengineering, and gives the transformation of business processes.In functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, clearly the township family planning service system integrity function, general function gives the system diagram, including credit assessment management, file integrity maintenance, information query, integrity management, credit default statistical analysis and daily management system sub package diagram;In data analysis, the paper on the integrity of the system function and health services needed to process data were analyzed through the thumbnails, the core function of the system’s data demand analysis, and gives the system database entity diagram, the establishment of a database table structure.The main work of the project research and analysis of health services system of the township of integrity and deficiencies are summarized, the further work is prospected.
