Family Planning Management Information System Analysis And Design

With computer and modern communications technology acting as basic information processing methods and tools, information management system is a man-machine system that can provide information services for management decision-makers by using systems thinking approach. To improve office efficiency and serve the masses more effectively, government departments, governments and enterprises need a lot of information exchange. Establishment of a "population and family planning management information system" is to meet the needs of family planning work in the new period. To improve the quality of family planning management, to promote modern family planning management, and to push forward the modernization of management system, management mode and modern management thinking, the traditional methods of family planning management is reformed by establishing scientific and technological means. The realization of "Population and family planning management information system" can improve the quality of population management and family planning management work.In this paper, "Guizhou population and family planning management information system" is analyzed and designed. The features and advantages of Visual Studio 2008 development tools are introduced. NET Framework multi-language environment is fully detailed. The system development language C# and C/C are compared. And features of C # are described. In the requirements phase, system demand and related functions are listed, the UML use case model is established and a systematic feasibility analysis is conducted. In the overall design phase, the system function block diagram is shown; data storage, synchronization, and software and other system processes are designed. In detailed design stage, a detailed process description is shown for each module, the system of object-oriented analysis and design process are discussed, and a system class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and other UML model, are built. In system implementation phase, the focus is put on the implementation of the key module of the system, the design and implementation process of the main interface and other representative function interface are described and the core code for achieving the interface is provided. In this paper, in the process of systems analysis and design, according to the spirit of object-oriented design, system models are built by using object-oriented tool--UML modeling language. A complete-structured, fully functional family planning management information system framework is proposed. And from the aspects of the software structure system, the system platform, development of technology and so on, the implementation of the system is fully discussed.
