Research And Analysis Of The Auxiliary Management System Of Population And Family Planning Information In Huichuan District

With the development of information technology,the population and family planning business also rely on information technology to establish the Population and Family Planning Information System(PIS)to scientifically and efficiently implement population information management,family planning business management,population statistics and analysis.However,with the continuous development of economy and society,the complexity of population information management is getting higher and higher.Traditional information systems can no longer meet job demands in business application and management,especially information sharing and application across organizations and departments,and large amounts of data.The demand for verification and analysis statistics is particularly prominent.This paper introduces the research background,project significance,and the current status of research and application of the population-planning information-assisted management system in Huichuan District,and clarifies the content and main work of the thesis research.In the business analysis,the paper analyzes the organizational structure,existing business processes and problems of the existing systems in the actual work,and optimizes the business processes in combination with information technology;it studies and analyzes system functions through use case analysis and description.The application package diagram shows the application management modules for system management,PIS data quality monitoring,and shared information verification.After that,it briefly analyzes the data that needs to be processed for each function of the system,displays and describes the entity class diagram,and establishes Database table structure;Finally,the research and analysis work of the paper is summarized and the future work is prospected.The paper's study of the Huichuan District Population and Family Planning Information Assisted Management System introduced the computer information system to assist in the management of population and family planning information,and the automatic processing of data quality monitoring and shared information verification can greatly improve work efficiency and quality.
