Analysis And Design Of Sports Equipment Management Information System In Zhongshan No.1 Secondary Vocational And Technical School

With the development of our society and the advance of modern information technology,information management application and percolation in education industry lead to a great change of the traditional education and management method,it greatly improved the work efficiency.As sports equipment was consider to be part of the management of routine school management as well as it refer to the school fixed assets, it reveals so vital to keep the order of teaching work. For the time being,the school sports equipment management still in a stage of manual work.it seems was thrown far behind our era and continue the drawbacks of traditional management.The sports equipment management in the first secondary vocational and technical school of ZhongShan City still have much room for improvementOn the basis of to meet the developing tendency and the needs of sports equipment management,we have to design a system that could improve the working efficiency.design.Thesis works are as follows:The system being designed on the basis of the practical work about sports equipment management of the first secondary vocational and technical school of ZhongShan City that using object oriented thinking.At the beginning of this thesis there is an introduction of the subject background and meaning of the first secondary vocational and technical school of ZhongShan City, with a sight of the present using and searching situation we set a goal for the system designing.Secondly,the thesis give the details of system developing method,modeling technology tools and relevant database technology.After then elaborating my main work and goal when finishing the thesis including data requirement analysis,non-functional requirements analysis and the relevant techniques and so on.In the processing of business requirements’analysis I am using UML activity diagram to finish the explanation.and applying the use case diagram to analysis the functional requirements,and describing the use case.I am using concepts class diagram and breviary class diagram to analysis the data requirements.when it comes to non-functional requirements here are some aspects I am following,environment requirements,performance requirements,safety requirements.More over,In the processing of designing the system it can be consisted with the following modules,they are system management,sports equipments purchasing management,godown entry management,sports equipment management,basic data management and so on.I am using varies diagrams to design these modules such as functional structure package diagram,class digram,sequence digram,and handling flow digram.In the end give an summary of the whole system designing and the work that I’ve done for it and the next step of the searching work..
