Though with a history of more than80years, photography community, due to the lack of the effective of management and mutual exchange of integrated management system, it only publish an album annually for convenient exchange. So if we can provide an intelligent information management platform for members to publish their works in time to effectively communicate on line. In this way, members of the Photography Club will improve their learning level as well as the better and quicker management will be achieved.First, the essay studies the background about the analysis and research of the integrated management information system of the White-green Club. In addition, an overview of the issues which need to be solved and the significance of the project as well as the systematic development methodologies and relative technologies are clearly explicated.Second, the overall designation and functional module designation are also carried out, mainly including the management of members, works, curriculum, evaluation, as well as the dynamic management and infrastructural management.Thirdly, the paper presents the design goals and carries out a detailed analysis, which includes the original business process analysis, business process reengineering, system functions chart, and data-flow analysis. Among that, the flowchart and swim lane of the first two analyses will be explained in detail. As for the functional analysis, each business data flow diagram is described in detail. We use uses the entity classes and the database table structure for detailed design when designing the database.Finally, research content and my main work is described. Besides, I also point out the shortage of paper, and prospect for further development.
