The Analysis And Research Of SHENZHEN Water Group Plant Epuipments Management Information System (PMIS)

Nowadays, the equipment management in industrial enterprise requests to achieve the target of refined management by high efficiency, high speed and continuous work. Therefore, the work of developing application of computer information management system to deal with the equipment management, has become the urgent matter of this moment. The equipment management has always been a difficulty by typical of large amount of information, involving a lot of stations and people and trivial processing procedure. The primary task in first stage of application developing of information management is the need analysis and the system design (or product design) to the whole frame and functions of the system, ascertaining the need of the software for function, performance and communication mode. The need analysis and the system designs are the key links of the software life cycle, but the most important thing is the design of system function and the user interface.The dissertation has developed the system function and user interface of Shenzhen Water Group equipment management information system, and provided an example of how to carry out the target of "a software of perfect function, user need embodied and good user interface". By analyzing and designing to the function model, system menu, information model, data entity and system interface of Shenzhen Water Group equipment management information system, the various work factors, including organization system of the equipments management, the equipment purchasing management, the equipments property management, the equipments running and maintenance(include equipments running(or halt)record, fault and trouble management, examination, maintaining, fixing, alteration, updating or alteration and discarding), the equipments lubricating management, spare parts management, the special equipment management, the organization of management of motive equipments and the motive system, statistics management, the equipments investigating management and the bylaw of equipment management etc, have been brought into an optimized computer management system to guarantee equipments normal movement, raise the equipments running efficiency and provided decision-making information.
